Excavation Permit for Water Supply is applied before tapping to the local water main line and installation of water meter. Hence, excavation permit is also a part of the Ancillary Permit that can be issued prior to the processing of Building Permit

Receive requirements and verify for completeness. Conduct site inspection.

Receive the Order of Payment

Prepare Order of Payment and hand-in to the applicant

Step 3
Pay the necessary fees and charges to the designated cashiering area and surrender the Official Receipt to the receiving area.
Agency Action :
Receive the Official Receipt. The Building Official sign the Excavation Permit.
Fees to be Paid: As prescribed in the Revised Local Revenue Code dated 2013

Claim the Excavation Permit

Releasing officer records the important information from the Excavation Permit in the logbook. Release the Excavation Permit.
