XI. Processing and Issuance of Building Permit for Construction of Shared Passive Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure (PTTIs)

A Building Permit is required before the construction of Shared Passive Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure (PTTIs). Permits supplementary to Building Permit for construction of PTTIs shall be applied and issued by the Building Official. These include Ancillary Permits and Accessory Permits (if applicable)

Step 1

Submit the duly notarized application form for Building Permit and other related documents as prescribed in the checklist

Agency Action :
1.1 Accepts the documents submitted and evaluate as to relevance and completeness.

1.2 The Building Official & other agencies evaluate the submitted documents. After verification and compliance of documentary requirements, Order of Payment will be prepared. If not, documents will be returned to applicant for corrections/compliance

Step 2

Receive the Order of Payment

Agency Action :
Prepare the Order of Payment and hand-in to the applicant

Building Official and Other members of Evaluation Team

Step 3

Pay the required fees and other charges at the designated cashiering area and surrender the official Receipt to the Receiving Section

Agency Action :
Receive the Official Receipt. The Building Official signs the Building Permit. Other head of agencies sign other clearances/certificates
