XV. Processing and Issuance of Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) for the application of Electric Watt-Hour Meter for Indigents

No person or individual shall do wiring installation in any existing structure without first securing Wiring Permit from the Office of the Building Official. It is a mandate to every Power Utility Service Providers to include Wiring Permit to their requirements for applicants requesting for power supply and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) for meter application

Process

Step 1

Submit the duly accomplished Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) 

Agency Action :
Receive the documents and verify for relevance and completeness. Retrieve the previously issued Electrical Permit of the applicant and put together all the documents.

Step 2

Wait for the result of the inspection

Agency Action :
Conduct inspection on the building were the electrical wiring was installed. Return to the office.

Step 3

Claim the documents 

Agency Action :
The Building Official and the Electrical Inspector sign the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI). The Releasing officer record important details in the documents in the logbook. Release the documents.
